Happy Sunday, my friends! It’s time for another Supper Sunday where I share some delicious recipe ideas with you and you get inspired for the week ahead!
Now that the weather is warming up I am all about using the grill! I literally could grill every meal of the day for the whole summer! The possibilities are endless and always delicious! My recipe suggestions today have everything to do with getting a little taste of summer, but still eating healthy!
These look so delicious, so easy to make and are totally perfect for a good summer meal! The ingredients are also items that I typically always have in my home, which is a total win! I’m always happy with a recipe I can pull together last minute without having to run to the store for one item I’m missing!
This delicious recipe is brought to you by Erin at Well Plated. Thank you for this delicious recipe that compliments our love for summer so beautifully! You can get the full recipe by clicking the image below!
I am not a huge fan of salad. I like them in a restaurant but not typically my go to meal at home, but I’m here to tell you that this salad is like dessert! It is absolutely delicious! When I first went to make it for a family dinner I was very hesitant when reading the ingredients, but it was definitely love at first bite! The spiced pecans are to die for and I wasn’t even sure I was going to have any left for the actual salad because I couldn’t stop eating them! I personally change out brown sugar for Truvia or Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet to avoid the sugar in it and it was just as delicious! Trust me on this! Give it a try and you will not be sorry!
A big round of applause to Epicurious for sharing this amazing recipe! You can get the full recipe by clicking the image below!
Corn on the cob is one of my greatest summer food loves! It is not technically Keto approved, but you have to enjoy corn on the cob occasionally during the summer! This recipe sounds delicious if you ever want to change up your corn on the cob a little! We always do our corn on the cob on the grill, but this adds an extra twist to it!
Thank you Best Recipe Box for sharing this recipe and giving our corn on the cob a little extra fun! You can get the full recipe by clicking the image below!
Okay, here I go with another salad! There is something about a good colorful salad that gives me all the summer feels! This BBQ Chicken salad looks incredible! I personally would try steak instead of chicken just to fancy it up and would substitute the rice for cauliflower rice to reduce the carbs. I think it would be delicious no matter how you make it! This one is definitely on my meal plan for this week!
Thank you Lauren at Tastes Better From Scratch for this colorful summer loving salad! You can get the full recipe by clicking the image below!
