Last week I shared a pizza casserole to help you get your pizza fix in! Now I have a no carb pizza crust for you to try! It just keeps getting better! This no carb pizza crust is totally out of this world amazing! Not only does it give you a pizza crust fix but it is loaded with extra protein in it! It only contains 3 ingredients! Canned chicken, egg and parmesan cheese. So easy! Load it with some sugar-free marinara, lots of veggies and meats and don’t forget the cheese on top! YUM! I highly recommend you give this one a try!

I know a lot of us are heading into weather that doesn’t really make you want to eat soup, but this Keto chili is delicious! I have to say bacon is probably the best part in it because who doesn’t like bacon? I could literally put bacon on everything! Well, not anything sweet. I just cannot jump on that train! Anyway, bacon is life and it is in this chili! It is also super easy to make, which I consider a total win! So maybe cook it up on a cooler summer evening and enjoy it by a campfire!

Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day, which has been a huge bummer for me lately cause I can no longer eat eggs. Before I knew of my egg allergy, I made these Baked Eggs in Ham cups and they are fantastic! They are super easy to make, you can make them a thousand different ways and they are easy to pre make and re heat on the go! I know what you may be thinking, “cauliflower and cheeseburger together??” Trust me, my friends, it is delicious! This is like the ultimate comfort food, but you still get your veggies mixed into it! I bet your kids wouldn’t even notice the sneaky vegetable hiding in it! I am a big believer in grilling almost every dinner during the summer, but sometimes its nice just to throw together a casserole to change things up! This is a great recipe and it’s so easy to make!
