Happy Supper Sunday!! Time for me to recommend some delicious healthy (and Keto friendly) meals and time for you to get cooking this week! Try something new and step outside the box! I’m gunna make your sweet tooth happy this week and recommend a good dessert too! Because we all need a little sweet treat once in a while!

1/ Skinny Bell Pepper Nacho Boats

This is a great alternative to tacos or nachos! I know its hard to pass up those chips because let’s be real, chips are life! Believe me when I say this, this recipe is truly delicious and is super easy to make! You almost don’t miss the chips!

2/ Low-Carb Deconstructed Pizza Casserole

Raise your hand if you love pizza! If you didn’t raise your hand then I am legit worried about you! I absolutely love pizza but don’t eat it a lot due to a dairy allergy and what is a pizza without cheese? Before I learned about my allergies we made this casserole a lot to get our pizza fix without the carbs! It is super delicious and honestly I don’t miss the crust! Use any kind of toppings you like and it is guaranteed to feel like you are cheating on your healthy eating!!

3/ Low-Carb Cheese Crackers

These crackers are absolutely amazing! I was not a believer at first but I decided to give them a try and I am a true believer now! These are great for a snack, but also pair nicely with a bowl of soup or are great for a Keto friendly lunchable! When I made them I couldn’t get them crunchy like an actual cracker. That doesn’t mean it isn’t possible to make them crunchy I just wasn’t successful. They turned out more like a pita consistency, but I actually really liked it that way! If you get them to turn out crunchy let me know your impressive ways!

4/ Keto Chocolate Cake in a Mug

There are a lot of versions for cake in a mug out there, but this is one I personally recommend! Sometimes its nice to be able to make one helping of dessert and not be tempted with the large amount of left overs the next day! All your ingredients are mixed in a mug and you throw it in the microwave for 60-70 seconds! An easy and fast solution to all your chocolate cake needs? Yes please!
