I personally have to be dairy free, but before I was dairy free I made a lot of delicious Keto meals, which means I have lots of recommendations for you! From dinner ideas to lunch to even some desserts!

Believe me when I tell you that this Lasagna is better than regular lasagna. One of my favorite foods is lasagna and this recipe gives you that fix without the noodles! Instead it has you make a noodle replacement and it is seriously incredible! You will feel like you are cheating! Give it a try!

This casserole will literally knock your socks off! I love myself a good chicken cordon bleu and this totally satisfies my taste buds! To make this even better, it is a super easy recipe as well! It calls for cooked chicken and ham and I personally use a rotisserie chicken from my local grocery store and buy a pre-sliced ham to save cooking time a little.

Sometimes you just need a good bowl of soup! Especially if you live in Michigan and often times get soup weather in the middle of June. *eye roll* This broccoli cheddar soup is fantastic and super easy to make! We would always make extra and freeze leftovers for a future meal! It says in the recipe that crumbled bacon on top is optional. Well, I am here to tell you that bacon is never optional! Crumble all the bacon on top and you can thank me later!
